you've got mail

I love getting mail almost as much as I love sending mail.  A simple card or a package with a book sent at a "book rate" costs little and can simply delight the recipient.  Winner and blogger and sketcher extraordinaire posted my little package today.

She won the book -"Less is More" and I did a few little sketches for her.

I shall be doing another little giveaway this friday, so if you are feeling lucky and you like getting a package in the mail, then you have come to the right spot.  In the meantime - hop on over to Suzanne and see her wonderful work.  She keeps an (open) sketchbook at all times and there is always something fun to see.

M-
it is indeed so fun to think of life as an open sketch book, capturing everything along the way.

I'm so happy I'm not the only cheapskate who uses media rate postage!

I enjoy blogging, writing in my journal and e-mailing friends, however,I still love to send a note or letter to somone. I am a stationary hound, which is perfect because the mother of a very dear friend also enjoys writing letters. And of course, to receive a letter, well, the joy in that goes without saying!

Oh Suzanne will be jumping out of shoes when she sees her package in the mailbox. I so adore my little notes and cards I receive from my special friend!

M- I think I will join you and getting out the sketch book. I was cleaning and came across a piece I never finished.

You are so insanely talented it scares me. Your writing, your illustrations, and of course you in that profile photo standing there like a Renaissance goddess. Where does it end?!

I am enchanted with your drawings.
